If you have questions unanswered by the guide, please let us know so we can add more information to it. We’ll continue making it better as feedback is received and new features are added to Loot Palace.

In the future we’ll be releasing short video How-tos on using Loot Palace. Video topics will cover how to clear your cookies, how to claim rewards, how to earn points, how to update your account’s email address or information, and may others. If you want a chance to win some bonus Plunder Points, make these videos before we do and if they are good quality, we’ll give you 5,000+ plunder points for putting the effort in!

We’ve added free Riot Points to our rewards catalog at the request of a few new users. We want some input from you guys. What reward items do you think we should add to the website later this year? We’ve had a few request for prepaid phone card codes which we are looking into currently. Let us know in the comments below what else you’d love to see added!
