Having problems getting points? Did you complete an offer, but not receive points? There are many common reasons as to why, and this post should help you figure out how to fix the problem, and how to recover your missing Plunder Points.

How long should an offer take to credit?

Most offers on Loot Palace credit within 5 to 60 minutes. You can see how long an offer may take, in it’s description. You’ll see text accompanying the offer like the example below:

Sometimes though, an offer doesn’t credit as expected. So, what can you do about it?

Don’t panic. Don’t get mad. Don’t get frustrated! There’s a simple solution to the problem, and this post will show you the answer… so keep on reading!

First, identify which company you’re having a problem with, and select them from the list below:

Super Reward / Playerize Offer Help

If you are having any trouble with your Super Rewards offers, just click the link “Get Help” at the top of the offers list.

Click Get Help on Super Rewards

From here you should see all of your pending offers, and there will be a “Help” button underneath Support that should help to answer any questions you might have.

Click Help Next to the Question Mark

You will be able to connect with Super Rewards / Playerize’s crediting team. From there they will either credit you, or explain why you were not credited, and how you can get credited. Expect a response to take between 3 and 48 hours, depending on the time you contact them (eg: weekends and holidays, it may take longer than during standard business hours.)


RadiumOne Offer Help

Having issues with your RadiumOne offers? If that happens to be the case, click the “Missing Plunder Points?” link located near the top right of the offers list.

Click Get Help on RadiumOne

This will bring you to a page that will show all of your currently pending offers. From here, just click the “Contact Support” support button underneath Get Help if you’re still having problems receiving credit.

You will be able to connect with RadiumOne’s crediting team. From there they will either credit you, or explain why you were not credited, and how you can get credited. Expect a response to take between 3 and 48 hours, depending on the time you contact them (eg: weekends and holidays, it may take longer than during standard business hours.)


Payment Wall Offer Help

Questions about your PaymentWall offers payout?
Simply click the black and yellow “HELP” button located at the top right of the offers page.
Click HELP

Then click “Offer History” on the next page to see a list of currently pending offers.

If your payout time-frame is overdue, you can click the “Start An Inquiry” button underneath actions on the right side of the pending offer.

You will be able to connect with Payment Wall’s crediting team. From there they will either credit you, or explain why you were not credited, and how you can get credited. Expect a response to take between 3 and 48 hours, depending on the time you contact them (eg: weekends and holidays, it may take longer than during standard business hours.)


BLVD Offer Help

If you don’t seem to be getting any credit for your BLVD offers, click the big “Help” link towards the top right of the offers page. This will bring you to a guide that will explain the steps you should take in order to properly receive your credits.

Super Sonic Offer Help

Trouble with SuperSonic reward offers? Here’s what you do; simply click the blue link “Total ‘x’ Earned” next to View Status & Support near the top right of the offers page.
Click Total Earned on Super Sonic

This will bring you to a page showing all of your currently pending offers. Click the “Missing Plunder Points?” link that’s next to the offer’s name, underneath the Status text on the right. This will bring you to a page explaining the necessary steps to take in order to receive credit.

Click Get Help on BLVD

You will be able to connect with Super Sonic’s crediting team. From there they will either credit you, or explain why you were not credited, and how you can get credited. Expect a response to take between 3 and 48 hours, depending on the time you contact them (eg: weekends and holidays, it may take longer than during standard business hours.)


Matomy Offer Help

Want to know the status of your Matomy offers? Towards the top right of the offers page, click the blue box “Check Offer Status” to be brought to a page containing all of your pending offers.

On the right of each offer, you’ll see the link “Inquire About This Offer”. Click this to get information regarding the remaining pending credit time.

You will be able to connect with Matomy’s crediting team. From there they will either credit you, or explain why you were not credited, and how you can get credited. Expect a response to take between 3 and 48 hours, depending on the time you contact them (eg: weekends and holidays, it may take longer than during standard business hours.)
