How do I delete my Loot Palace account?
You can delete your account by visiting your profile and clicking the Delete button.
Deleting your account is permanent.
Do you add new rewards?
We try to add new free gift cards choices on a regular basis. It is our goal to make every gift card and game card available absolutely free to those who have enough points. We have no problem scouring the lands to find the free gift cards you want! Customer satisfaction is our key focus.
What are “Plunder Points”?
Plunder Points are Loot Palace’s official currency. You earn Plunder Points for completing surveys, taking quizzes, playing games, and referring new users. Plunder Points can be traded in for all sorts of free gift cards here on our website.

What are “Doubloons”?
You earn Doubloons for being active on our blog, forums, and through participating in contests. You can unlock special areas of the website for a limited amount of time by using doubloons. These pages have special offers, including higher paying offers, making it even easier and quicker to earn free gift cards. It’s our way of thanking you for being part of the Loot Palace community.

How many points do I get for completing offers?
Every offer is different. Before you begin any offer though, you will see the amount of points that it’s worth.
Do surveys / offers credit instantly?
Most offers will credit instantly. Some offers may take as long as 3 days to credit your points. If you do not receive your points within 3 days, contact us.
I can’t get any offers to credit, PLEASE HELP!
Double check all of the following to make sure you are doing things the best way possible…
- You already completed this offer.
- Make sure your browser accepts third party cookies
- You provided fake or false user information on the offer.
- After you complete an offer, clear your browser cookies.
- Offers that ask for your email address many want you to click a confirmation link before crediting.
How much time do the surveys take?
Survey length will range from offer to offer. Most of them take less than 2 minutes to complete, but some will take upwards of 5 minutes. Longer surveys will offer you more points.
It says there are no surveys available, why is that?
Unfortunately we do not always have surveys available for everyone. We do add new offers every day, so check back on a regular basis. Follow us on Facebook to receive updates about new offers as we add them. If there are no surveys available for you currently, you can always refer new users to earn points to trade in for gift cards.
How long will it take to get my gift card?
Once you request your free gift card, the system will remove the appropriate number of points from your account and we will receive your request. You can expect an email within 3 to 5 business days of requesting it. Because we email the codes, make sure you provide a valid email address when you sign up, or you will be unable to receive your free gift card codes.
What do I do with the gift code?
The gift codes are to be used on the Merchant they belong to. If you have any further questions about how to redeem your free codes, email us your questions and we will send you detailed instructions.
How does Loot Palace’s referral program work?
You have a unique referral ID associated with your account. Sharing this link with other people allows you to “refer” them to the site. You will earn a bonus points anytime one of your referrals completes an offer! Learn more about the referral program.
How can I refer people?
You can choose to share your referral link through social media sites or email. You can also share it on your website, blog, or in your forum signature on any message boards. We have a collection of referral banners and a growing collection of seasonal banners which are pre-coded and ready to be placed on your website or blog.
How can I protect my PC from spyware?
We do our best to block any Ads or offers which contain spyware, malware, viruses, or adware. We don’t make any claims that any offer is 100% safe but offers go through routine checks to ensure that they are clean. It is recommended (whether you use Loot Palace or not) to have your Anti-virus software up to date. It’ll keep your computer working better and safer.
