Recover Missing Points

Having problems getting points? Did you complete an offer, but not receive points? There are many common reasons as to why, and this post should help you figure out how to fix the problem, and how to recover your missing Plunder Points.

How long should an offer take to credit?

Most offers on Loot Palace credit within 5 to 60 minutes. You can see how long an offer may take, in it’s description. You’ll see text accompanying the offer like the example below:

Sometimes though, an offer doesn’t credit as expected. So, what can you do about it?

Don’t panic. There’s a simple solution to the problem, and this post will show you the answer… so keep on reading!

First, identify which company you’re having a problem with, and select them from the list below:

Super Reward / Playerize Offer Help

If you are having any trouble with your Super Rewards offers, just click the link “Get Help” at the top of the offers list.

From here you should see all of your pending offers, and there will be a “Help” button underneath Support that should help to answer any questions you might have.

You will be able to connect with Super Rewards / Playerize’s crediting team. From there they will either credit you, or explain why you were not credited, and how you can get credited. Expect a response to take between 3 and 48 hours, depending on the time you contact them (eg: weekends and holidays, it may take longer than during standard business hours.)


BLVD Media Wall Offer Help

If you are having issues with your BLVD offers, simply click the link “Support” at the top right of the offer list.

Here you will get an instruction page with the E-mail address of BLVD Media Wall on it, as well as instructions on how to get your offer manually credited to you as well as some other helpful tips.

In addition to that we will have a representative of BLVD Media Wall in our chat very often. You can contact him directly under his name: BLVDJeremy.
He will answer any questions you have about BLVD Media Wall.


Paymentwall Offer Help

When the offer you have done on Paymentwall does not pay you in the time indicated on the offer itself please click the big HELP button on the top right of the offer wall page.

After you have done that a page should show up where you can find all the offers you have done, next to this offer there will be a button saying: “Start an inquiry” click this to contact the Paymentwall support team.

From here on out you can contact the Paymentwall support team, they will either award you your points or explain to you why you were not credited. Please allow them some time to reply to you, replies may take up to 48 hours or longer depending on when you contact them. They will not reply very quickly in weekends or on holidays.


SuperSonic Offer Help

If you do not get credited for doing an offer on the SuperSonic wall please click the link that tells you how many points you have earned on the top right of the offer wall page.

From here you look for the offer you completed and that did not credit you and you click on the button that says: “Missing Plunder Points?” next to the offer.

From here you can contact SuperSonic’s support team, they will either award you your points or explain to you what you did wrong and why you haven’t received your points. As with all of the other offer walls please allow them some time to reply to you, especially in the weekends and on holidays it might take them longer than 48 hours to reply to you.


Matomy Offer Help

Want to know the status of your Matomy offers? Towards the top right of the offers page, click the small hidden blue text “Check Offer Status” to be brought to a page containing all of your pending offers

On the right of each offer, you’ll see the link “Inquire About This Offer”. Click this to get information regarding the remaining pending credit time.

You will be able to connect with Matomy’s crediting team. From there they will either credit you, or explain why you were not credited, and how you can get credited. Expect a response to take between 3 and 48 hours, depending on the time you contact them (eg: weekends and holidays, it may take longer than during standard business hours.)


PeanutLabs Offer Help

What to do when PeanutLabs doesn’t reward you your points for an offer? You have to click on the button that says: “Transactions” in the top right corner of the offer wall.

After this you you will have to find and click on the offer you completed and then click on the big button that says: “Report a Problem.”

As with all other offer walls, please allow PeanutLabs up to 48 hours to reply to you. It can be even longer in the weekends or on holidays.


TrialPay Offer Help

If TrialPay doesn’t award you the points you deserve for having completed an offer please click on the link that says: “Support”

From here you have to search for the offer that is causing problems and you have to click on the link that says: “Contact Support”

From here on out TrialPay should either award you your points or list you the reason why you are not eligible to receive the points.
Please allow TrialPay up to 48 hours or more to respond, the response time depends on when you sent the ticket, they will take longer to respond during weekends and during holidays.


WallAds Offer Help

If WallAds doesn’t give you the points for your completed offer please click the link saying: “Need Help?” in the top right corner of the offer wall page.

After the little pop up opens you should see all of your offer listed on the page. Look for the offer that is causing you problems and click on the link saying: “Request Help” to the right of it.

Here you can provide all evidence you have to show them that you completed the offer and they can either award you your points or they will tell you what you did wrong completing the offer.
Please give them 48 hours or more to respond to your inquiry especially when you sent the inquiry during the weekend or on a holiday.


Persona.ly Offer Help

If Persona.ly refuses to pay you for the offers you have done please click the link saying: “Support” in the rop right corner of the offer wall page, inbetween the language selector and the achievements button.

After the page changes to show your clicked or completed offers please click on the button saying: “Missing Plunder Points?” next to the offer that is causing your trouble.

Here you can write them and provide all the evidence required to show that you have completed the offer and they will either award you your points or they will tell you what you have done wrong. Please give them 48 hours or more to respond to your inquiry, especially during holidays and weekends.


Offertoro Offer Help

If Offertoro refuses to pay you Plunder Points for the offers you did on their wall please click the link saying: My PlunderPoints in the top right corner of the offer wall page.

After the page changes to show all of your completed or pending offers please click on the button saying: “Missing Credits” next to the offer that is not paying you.

Now you can write Offertoro a response telling them why you deserve the points and giving them all the evidence they need. After this they will award you your points or they will tell you why you didn’t do the offer correctly. Please give them 48 hours to respond to your inquiry, especially during holidays and weekends.


Adscend Media Offer Help

If Adscend Media doesn’t pay you Plunder Points for the offers you did on their wall, please click the link saying: Support in the top right corner of the offer wall page.

After a little list slides in from the right side of the screen please press the button saying: E-mail on the right of the four buttons.

Now fill in all the fields with the correct information and send them a screenshot or any other undeniable proof that you have completed the offer, along with the title of the offer. Adscend Media should now review your support ticket in approximately 48 hours, do be sure to give them enough time, especially in the weekends and on holidays. Do note that you can send Adscend Media a complaint too, if an offer was unfair to you or it is misleading then please use the second option in the dropdown menu that you use to pick your subject.

AdGate Offer Help

If AdGate doesn’t pay you for the offer you completed on their offer wall, please click on the button saying: History around the top right of their offer wall page.

Then click on: Contact on the right side of your offer.

Now fill in all the fields with the correct information and send them a screenshot or any other undeniable proof that you have completed the offer, along with the title of the offer. AdGate should now review your support ticket in approximately 48 hours, do be sure to give them enough time, especially in the weekends and on holidays.
