Well, we’re happy to say, with a little extra downtime and some troubleshooting, we’ve successfully made it to the new server as of January 31st, around 1pm EST. What does a new server mean for us, or more importantly, for you? For starters, it’ll mean a faster loading website (we’re still working out some kinks, but it should be running smoother for most people right now.) It also means more features can be implemented at a faster rate. We’re about to roll out the forums we’ve been promising for awhile.

The forums will be a place to help bridge the communication gap. Sometimes a tweet or a post on Facebook isn’t always enough to get some questions answered, now you can use the forum to get a deeper level of engagement with us. Some of you may use the forum as a place to suggest new ideas or reward items for Loot Palace. Others may use it to get a bit more involved with the community we’ve been brewing. We’ll keep trying new things out all year to see what works best for everybody.

We’ll do a follow up post in a day or 2, announcing when the forums will be launched (hint: I’m thinking sometime next week) with a bit more details. Prepare yourselves!

Super Bowl Weekend!
